Spicy Aioli Veggie Burger
Best Veggie Burger Recipe (with spicy aioli!) Made without dairy, oil, mayo, sugar – all natural ingredients, just as nature intended. Great spread for burgers, veggie dip, burritos or just licking the spoon!
Ingredients for Spicy Aioli Sauce
1/2 cup cashews, presoaked
1 – 2 small garlic cloves
3 tablespoons lemon, juiced
1 tablespoon organic raw coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup water
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon tzatziki seasoning*
Directions
Presoak cashews overnight or at least 4 – 6 hours; rinse and strain. Add cashews to high speed blender, along with all other ingredients, and blend for 45 seconds or until smooth.
Pour into a 4-ounce Mason jar, seal, and refrigerate until use.
*Tzatziki seasoning can be found at Spicely Organics
Burger Ingredients (Serving Size 4)
4 rye hamburger buns, toasted
1 English cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 tomato, sliced
3 – 4 sliced red onion slivers
Handful mixed greens
Handful sprouts
4 radishes, sliced
Avocado
Directions
Toast burger buns under broiler or toaster oven, slather with Spicy Aioli Sauce and layer veggies and greens!
