Chocolate Coconut Bars

New Recipe: Chocolate Coconut Bars ~ great for a go-to snack, loaded with Omega-3s.

Yield 10 – 12 bars

Ingredients
2 cup oats
½ cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
½ cup shredded coconut flakes
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup melted cacao butter or coconut oil
Great add-ons:   handful of raisins or cranberries

Directions

Blend in your food processor, press into a baking sheet and refrigerate for a few hours, slice and enjoy!..😁
