Chocolate Protein Bites
Yield 8 – 10 bites
Ingredients
¼ variety of nuts
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup oats
1/3 cup peanut butter
4 tablespoons maple
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Directions
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and pulsate until mealy. Scoop a bit of mixture into the palm of your hand and roll into a 2-inch ball. Repeat until complete, store in a seal tight container in cupboard for 3 days or refrigerator for up to a week.
