Coriander & Lime Avocado Toast
Sometimes you just feel a little snacky, so how about my newest recipe created yesterday: healthy, light, crazy delicious, addicting…. You can even add a few of your own favs to the mix: cayenne pepper, tumeric powder, black pepper, fresh red chilies, just to name a few.
Coriander & Lime Avocado Toast
Ingredients
1 small avocado
2 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Healthy pinch sea salt
¼ teaspoon coriander powder
1 pickled jalapeno slice
2 pieces of toast
Bit of arugula
Directions ~ use a food processor or smash first 5 ingredients with a fork (place in fridge for 30 min or so to fuse flavors), smear on toast, layer arugula and enjoy!
