Coconut Whipped Cream & Berries

Ingredients for Coconut Whipped Cream (recipe from The Green Aisle’s Healthy Indulgence)
1 cup coconut cream*
½ teaspoon vanilla bean powder or 1 teaspoon alcohol free vanilla extract
2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave
+ Tons of blueberries and strawberries
Directions
Extremely addicting sweet coconut whipped cream. Blend coconut cream, vanilla, and agave in a large mixing bowl with an “electric mixer” until there are light and fluffy peeks of cream. Eat immediately or refrigerate until it’s time for dessert.
Layer fruit and berries in a dish, fill a piping bag with cream and go CRAZY!
*1 can organic coconut milk where the only ingredients are coconut, water and guar gum. Each can contains approximately one cup coconut cream. Keep the can in the coldest part of the refrigerator until use. Do not shake the can or the cream and liquid will emulsify. We want to keep it separated. After opening, carefully scoop the cream from the top of the can and reserve the liquid for smoothies, if desired
