Homemade Fluoride-Free Toothpaste
Important note: Some brands of baking soda are polluted with Benzene and most brands contain aluminum even if it does not mention this in the ingredients, aluminum is linked to Alzheimer’s and cancer. Make sure your baking soda says specifically “Aluminum Free.”
Recipe for Homemade Fluoride-Free Toothpaste
Ingredients
1 tablespoon of a 50/50 coconut oil and baking soda mixture
1 – 3 drop of spearmint or other preferred essential oil (optional)
Pinch of stevia (optional – I personally don’t use any sweeteners.)
Kapow! Loven it.
A small glass jar with a lid works well. No need to refrigerate….
The baking soda whitens your teeth, while the coconut oil kills unfriendly bacteria.
Just a note: Use a soft bristle brush and clean your toothbrush as needed with hydrogen peroxide to keep it free of germs.
Fluoride is contained in many commercial brand toothpaste. Fluoride causes us to absorb extra aluminum. It destroys enzymes that deliver phosphate to calcium at the tooth surface needed for strong teeth, and is biological poison.
These pastes also may contain Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), which by the American College of Toxicity, states this is corrosive and harmful to skin tissue. It is used in cleaning products, engine degreasers. You get the picture.
Viscous, sticky glycerin is also added, coating the teeth.
Ever wondered why there is a warning label on those commercial brand toothpaste?
Now you know…
