Package Rice Ramen Red Miso Soup from Lotus Foods
handful diced celery
handful diced zucchini
2 cups water
Directions: Saute celery and zucchini for a few minutes in a nonstick skillet (add vegan butter if you desire), pour in water and ramen packet with noodles. Boil for 4 minutes or until noodles are to your liking; and enjoy! If you drizzle a bit of hot chili oil over the top, it’s Amazingly delish!
Great Topping Add-Ins: Black sesame seeds, hot chili oil, green onions
