Instant Ramen Noodles ~ what a FAV? Right?  Convenient, quick and savory!  MSG, lack of fiber, preservative, and other ingredients can lead to metabolic syndrome!  Good News!  There is an alternative that I absolutely LOVE!  Lotus Foods Rice Ramen, which comes in a variety of flavors!… Add your favorite veggies and it cooks in 4 minutes.  Check it out here: Lotus Foods ~ contains Organic brown rice and millet, wakame seaweed, garlic, parsley, chili peppers, red miso and tamari.

Try My Newest Red Miso Soup Recipe with just 4 ingredients or less:

Package Rice Ramen Red Miso Soup from Lotus Foods
handful diced celery
handful diced zucchini
2 cups water

Directions:  Saute celery and zucchini for a few minutes in a nonstick skillet (add vegan butter if  you desire), pour in water and ramen packet with noodles.  Boil for 4 minutes or until noodles are to your liking; and enjoy!  If you drizzle a bit of hot chili oil over the top, it’s Amazingly delish!

Great  Topping Add-Ins:  Black sesame seeds, hot chili oil, green onions

Don’t like celery or zucchini?  Add your favorite or non at all…
