 Maple Almond Chocolate Chip Oat Cookie Dough

Yield: 2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 cup oats
  • ⅓ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup chocolate chips

Directions

In a food processor, pulse oats until they become mealy. Add almond flour, maple syrup, sea salt, and vanilla extract, then blend until combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips by pulsing a few times to distribute them evenly. Scoop the dough using an ice cream scoop, transfer to a bowl, and enjoy! 🥄✨

For a smoother texture, grind the oats into flour before mixing with the other ingredients.
